THE 30-DAY JOURNAL ABOUT THE LAST YEAR: Day 5


MEMORY LISTS: PART 1
~ Go through each month and write down as memories as you can from each month. 

You might want to pull out your calendar/planner and journals in order to do this exercise. 

Take a lot of time to do today's journaling exercise. Make sure to list every memory you can think of. Then, wait a couple of hours and return to this. Can you think of any new memories you haven't written down for any of the months?
